Countries all over the world are operating on their own domain ignoring the plight of global pollution. Although many countries recognize the need for reducing global environmental pollution, very few are taking any actions other than blaming each other. This paper leads the path by developing a framework for an universal environmental quality standard which may be implemented slowly and steadily to reduce global environmental pollution.
